Kate Lawler has opened up on her difficult journey to becoming a mother to baby Noa.The 40 year old, who recently admitted she's cried almost everyday since her daughter's birth, said she panicked and feared she wouldn't be able to have children of her own after being told she had a "really low" egg count for her age.The Big Brother winner also confessed she doesn't want to have more children, despite her fiancé Martin longing to expand their brood.

Speaking to The Sun Online, the star explained: "As soon as I found out my egg count was really low for my age it did make me fear I wouldn't be.
