Kate Garraway has opened up about making her latest documentary about her late husband Derek Draper as she confessed it has been "pretty emotional" working on it without him.
The 56-year-old Good Morning Britain presenter discussed the upcoming special whilst co-hosting the show on Thursday with Ed Balls.
Speaking to Ed, 57, she said she "can't quite believe" Derek, who passed away in January, isn't with her to "watch his story", the Mirror reports.Discussing the work she's put into the project, she said on the ITV morning show: "It's been pretty emotional actually.
Makes you want to jump in the screen and give him a hug."She continued: "You can't quite believe that he's not with us to watch his story.
