Kate Garraway has shared how she is spending Easter 'differently' to usual this year following the death of her husband Derek.
The Good Morning Britain host, who lost her partner Derek Draper earlier this year after a long and complicated battle with Covid, shared her alternative plans with her followers on Instagram.
Kate, 56, recently released a documentary named Derek's Story which detailed the final year of her late husband's life. On January 5, the TV host announced that her husband and father of her two children - Darcey and Billy - had sadly passed away, almost four years after he became ill with Covid at the start of the pandemic in March 2020 before spending a year in hospital.
Their third documentary, which follows Finding Derek and Caring for Derek, shared a close and honest insight into Derek's personal struggles with his illness as well as highlighting the struggles faced by millions of people in the UK living with serious illness and disability and those who care for them.
