Speaking to I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! winner Giovanna Fletcher on the Journey to the Magic podcast, Kate recalled the story of how Alison was proposed to by a stranger at the airport – after only being there for 15 minutes.
She told Giovanna: "I literally went to the loo, bought a cup of tea and came back and this guy had proposed. It was unbelievable. "I was just like "what the heck".
He just sat down and he proposed to her," she continued. "It was extraordinary. She was just like 'yeah' and he proposed - really casual about it.
