The 53-year-old appeared on Good Morning Britain today after revealing at the weekend that Derek had mouthed his first word since coming out of his coma in the summer.
Speaking to hosts Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid, she said: "Back in April when we chatted for the first time and I said, look, he seems to have survived so far...
this could be it [miracle]." Suggesting this could be the second miracle, Kate said that she is "very much trying to keep [herself] in check".
