Kate Garraway appeals to namesake who she has 'haunted for all her life'

mirror.co.ukKate Garraway made a hilarious appeal for "the real Kate Garraway" to reach out to her on Good Morning Britain on Friday. The telly host spoke to co-presenter Ben Shephard about a woman who is her namesake, and has often been mistaken for her until people meet her.
She even has a partner named Ben, something GMB's Ben joked was the life Kate wished she'd had with him. Kate shared the hilarious tale on the show, and after showing a photo of the other Kate she asked for her to make contact.
Their paths had crossed in the past, when her father messaged in to Kate on her GMTV days asking for a signed photo. Kate didn't realise at the time that they had the exact same name and spelling, and now wants to speak with the woman.
