Kate and former Manchester United footballer Rio Ferdinand announced earlier this year that they were expanding their family after tying the knot in 2019.
The couple share two-year-old son Cree whist Kate is also stepmother to Rio's three children Tate, 13, Lorenz, 15, and Tia, 11.
The birth of Kate's first daughter comes after the 32-year-old suffered a tragic miscarriage in July last year. At the time of their devastating loss, the reality TV personality shared a black and white photo on Instagram showing herself wearing a hospital gown.
