The former Towie star has returned to Instagram days after she uploaded a snap of her post-baby body, showing her in her underwear holding newborn son Cree.
Kate, 29, confessed she's spent much of the new year in her pyjamas and revealed she still hadn't got dressed as her husband Rio headed off back to work.
She also explained how she's been inundated with messages of support since sharing her previous post - and thanked fans for their words of encouragement.
