Kerry Katona has revealed her new stint on MTV's Celebs on the Farm was like therapy for her and helped her cope with her bipolar disorder.

She was joined by Cheryl Hole, Duncan James, Harry Aikines-Aryeetey, Holly Hagan, Lady C, Linda Robson, Malique Thompson-Dwyer, Montana Brown and Shaun Williamson on the farm.

And Kerry, 40, said the busy farm life was not too different to being a mum-of-five back home and said it was "therapeutic" for her.

She joked: "Well, I've got five kids, I don't see there's much difference, really, is there?! "I thought it'd be like a duck to water, five kids running around leaves you so tired, it’s nothing new to me!
