Kate has been open and honest about her experience of becoming a mum, admitting that she struggled with the trauma of a "horrific birth" that ended in a C-section.
And in a new interview Kate said the thought of having a second child to join Cree and stepchildren Lorenz, 14, Tate, 12, and Tia, nine made her feel "anxious".
She told MailOnline : "If you ask me right now I would say never ever again. Our house is very hectic as it is. ‘We have four kids and two dogs, it’s a madhouse.
