The new mum put herself through her paces with a slam ball in her home gym. Rio Ferdinand's wife shared a video of her gruelling workout on Instagram saying 'Easter Monday workout done.' Afterwards she shared a photo of her treat - bacon sandwiches for herself and the family with the choice of brown sauce and ketchup. "Followed by bacon sarnies for us all," she wrote.
Kate, who welcomed their baby Cree at Christmas, recently posted photos of herself trying on some outfits from her new spring wardrobe.
