Kate Ferdinand 'fears she won't cope with a baby as she's never changed a nappy'

Kate Ferdinand has previously admitted that she fears having a newborn baby as she has never even changed a nappy before. The 29-year-old former TOWIE star announced that she is pregnant with her first child with former England footballer Rio Ferdinand, 41, on Thursday.

In a sweet video that the happy couple shared on social media, Kate and Rio can be seen telling his three children Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and nine-year-old Tia, from his marriage to late wife Rebecca.
