Kate and Rio are parents to son Cree, two, and daughter Shae, four months, and the star is also stepmother to Rio's children Lorenz, 17, Tate, 14, and Tia, 12 - who he shared with his late wife Rebecca Ellison.
And 32-year-old Kate took to Instagram to share a gallery of snaps from the 'week of fun' before offering a more realistic insight into what social media didn't show.
