Kate Ferdinand and her husband Rio are feeling the wrath of having no sleep since welcoming their first son together in December.

The former TOWIE star, 29, and retired footballer, 42, are proud parents to baby Cree, with Kate being step-mum to Rio's three other children, who he shares with late wife Rebecca.

The couple are enjoying parenthood together, but they opened up about the difficulties they have faced so far in a candid Instagram post.

Doting mother Kate shared a quote to her feed which read: "Sometimes I want to go back in time and find pre-kid me, who thinks she's "so busy" and "so tired".
