Kardashians mastermind Kris Jenner has spoken of her fears at undergoing a major operation - telling her friends she was feeling "very emotional" about the surgery.The 68-year-old has had to have both ovaries removed after doctors discovered a cyst and a small tumour - and also agreed it was the "best thing" to also remove her uterus so as "not to give anything a chance to grow anywhere".
She said, referring to her children Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Rob, Kendall and Kylie: "I'm going to remove something that gave me six of the best parts of my whole life." Speaking to viewers of the family's Kardashians TV show, she said: "I'm very emotional about it because when you're young, you start talking about wanting a family.
It was all we talked about literally for 40, 50 years. So, here we are now talking about it again and it's the other side of the process." She added: "I loved being pregnant.
Love love loved being pregnant. And I do mourn not ever being able to be pregnant again. It was just this delicious time in my life where I felt like everything came to a halt.
