Kanye West has threatened to spill some major Kardashian secrets on an explosive Twitter live stream if Kim 'continues attempts to lock him up', sources have claimed.

The rapper is reportedly concerned that his wife of six years is trying to get him hospitalised without his permission and has warned he will leak private information about her famous family in a bid to stop it.

An insider said Kanye is feeling paranoid and is convinced that Kim and her momager Kris Jenner are 'out to get him.' "He’s warned Kim that he knows the family ‘secrets’ and will put them all out there," a source told The Sun.

They added that Kim was 'very worried' but her biggest concern was getting her husband, who suffers from bipolar disorder, the help he needs.
