Michael Schneider Variety Editor at Large Vice President Kamala Harris is heading back to CBS’ “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert,” marking the Democratic presidential candidate’s first late night interview since landing the nomination in August.
Harris will appear this Tuesday, Oct. 8, on “The Late Show” (which airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. ET). According to CBS, Harris’ appearance this Tuesday will rep her seventh with Colbert on “The Late Show,” most recently on March 15, 2023.
Harris first appeared on April 19, 2018, back when she was a U.S. senator from California. Harris on “The Late Show” will come a night after her running mate, Minnesota Governor and Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Walz is set to appear as a guest on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live.” Walz’s booking on Monday, Oct.
7 reps his first-ever late-night appearance. Meanwhile, Harris and Walz are both set to appear on Monday’s “60 Minutes” primetime election special.
