The possible new couple was seen attending the Brunello Cucinelli dinner party at the famed hotel Chateau Marmont. They were among the many VIPs in attendance at the star-studded event! Kaitlyn was seen wearing a sheer dress with a floor-length black leather coat on top while leaving the event hand-in-hand with Ethan, who was dressed in all black. Ethan hasn’t acted much in the last 6-7 years, but he appeared in five episodes of the MTV series Sweet/Vicious back in 2016.
