As we’ve been reporting, the 43-year-old singer had been partying with friends at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, on New York’s Long Island, when he hopped into a car, drove off, and was pulled over by police.
They claim he blew through a stop sign and was weaving in his lane. He appeared drunk to the officers (who hilariously didn’t know who he was), he failed a field sobriety test, and he refused a breathalyzer — so they arrested him for DWI.
