Per a statement from the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office, Timberlake was expected to be arraigned in Sag Harbor, on the eastern end of Long Island.Sag Harbor is an incorporated village in Suffolk County, New York, United States, in the towns of Southampton and East Hampton on eastern Long Island.
It is roughly about 100 miles (160 kilometres) from New York City and serves as a hotspot for wealthy visitors in the summer.The official could not publicly discuss details of the ongoing investigation and spoke to AP on the condition of anonymity.
Timberlake’s representatives did not immediately return requests for comment from The Associated Press.Elsewhere, Timberlake recently released his sixth album ‘Everything I Thought It Was’.
