Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

Dressed head-to-toe in green, Justin seemed to be yelling at his wife, 24, and throwing his hands in the air as they walked through the casino surrounded by his entourage.
The video has been circulating on Twitter, but it's claimed all is not as it seemed and the couple, who have been married since 2018, weren't actually arguing.
Fans who claimed to be at the concert said Justin was "just hyped" after the surprise performance. One fan tweeted: "He was not yelling and we were there to witness what went down.
