Tennis pro Serena Williams announced she's expecting another baby girl with her husband Alexis Ohanian, and our columnist Judi Love paid congratulations.
She said: "They’re already amazing parents to Olympia, so I can’t wait to see them take on their next adventure." However, she also weighed in on the social media comments that followed the adorable announcement, with many dubbing Serena as having a "geriatric pregnancy" referring to a medical term that applies to any mum-to-be over the age of 35.
Judi continued: "Because Serena is 41, a couple of commenters have called it a “geriatric pregnancy” but that’s out of order.
I know it’s a medical term, but she’s a happy, healthy, beautiful woman who has had an incredible career. "Why shouldn’t she have another baby?
