Celtic winger Jota has returned to training in a huge boost ahead of the top of the table showdown with Rangers. The Portuguese winger, who is on loan from Benfica, has been sidelined with a hamstring injury he picked up in the 1-0 win over Hearts in December.
That looked set to rule him out of the second derby match of the season, but the winter break was brought forward after the Scottish Government imposed new limits on crowd sizes.
And it appears Jota will be available for selection on February 2 after Celtic announced his return to full training with the first team.
It remains to be seen whether he will be ready to go for Monday's meeting with Hibs. The 22-year-old has seven goals and six assists in 16 games for Ange Postecoglou 's side so far, since joining in the summer.
