The World Cup hero is poised to join Monza on an initial loan deal with a deferred payment rubber-stamped for the summer – according to the Daily Mail.
Juranovic came off the bench against Rangers last week but the Croatia international endured a torrid afternoon playing at left-back in place of Greg Taylor.
And that appearance appears likely to be his last in green and white. The right-back has turned heads at Parkhead with his rampaging displays earning acclaim as he thrived under Ange Postecoglou's stewardship.
