Josip Juranovic has completed his move away from Celtic after signing a deal with German outfit Union Berlin in a move that could eventually be worth up to £10 million for the Scottish Premiership champions.
The Croatia international full back’s future became the subject of intense speculation after he went to the Qatar World Cup with his country and he impressed as he helped them finish with the bronze medal.
Juranovic had been linked with various clubs including Barcelona, Chelsea and Italian sides Monza and Torino but has penned a deal with the team currently sitting fifth in the Bundesliga.
The fee is reported to be £7.5 million plus add-ons and Postecoglou, in anticipation of Juranovic departing, signed Canada right back Alistair Johnston.
