Josie Gibson sweetly thanked "hero" Phillip Schofield for his This Morning presenting support after she stood in for a poorly Holly Willoughby this week.Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Josie, 36, who replaced Holly, 40, on the ITV show for three days due to a tummy bug, admitted it had been a "surreal week".

Posting a sweet picture with Phillip, 59, in the ITV studio, Josie said the presenter had been her "hero" and "rock" for supporting her during the presenting.

She penned: "What a surreal week it's been!!!! Three days of presenting one of biggest daytime TV shows of all time @thismorning I've got to give it up for this hero @Schofe you have been my rock this week.
