Josie Gibson has spoken out about her recent absence from This Morning, revealing she's been busy working on new telly projects. The 39-year-old bounced back onto our screens this week with her fab festive special, 'Ultimate Christmas Gift Guide with Josie Gibson', and it looks like she's got more TV magic up her sleeve for us.
After a brief break, Josie has been filming away for her upcoming Channel 5 series 'First Class Travel', which is set to grace our tellies in January.
But that's not all – she's also been exploring some vintage vibes for another programme, dishing on retro eats from the swinging '70s. "I've been filming a show about the 1970s, that is again for Channel 5," Josie dished to Bristol Live "It's not like a diet show, but like an investigative [one], like how they were eating in the 1970s." And her verdict on the foodie blast from the past?
She didn't hold back: "It was bl***y awful." While we're still waiting on the details for the air date and title of this groovy gastronomy journey, Josie reassured fans she'll be reuniting with her This Morning "family" before we hit the new year festivities. "I went back to interview Cher the other day, and then I'm going back to London this weekend to do a bus ride [to see the Christmas lights] around London and do all the adventures [with her son Reggie]," she spilled. "I'll be on [This Morning] next week, I don't know if I'm meant to say but I've said it now, with Dermot O'Leary, and yeah let's see what the new year brings." Josie Gibson, the bubbly TV personality, opened up about her hectic schedule saying: "I'm having a really good time doing it and what I've got to try and remember is it's so busy, but you've just to got to enjoy the moment that you're in.".
