Jordan North’s war hero brother backs him to win I’m a Celeb and admits: “He is the hero in my eyes.” Sgt Ryan North was almost killed in a roadside bomb attack in Iraq and was given a bravery award for rescuing injured colleagues from a firefight with the Taliban, in Afghanistan.

BBC Radio 1 star Jordan, 30, credits his heroics for inspiring him to make the most of life, including doing I’m a Celeb. But Ryan, 34, who serves in the 2nd Battalion, Parachute Regiment, says he is now the brother aching with pride.
