The 38-year-old Grammy award winner sang the national anthem, aka the “Star Spangled Banner,” just before the big game between Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles.
If you didn’t know, Jon is actually from New Orleans! The pregame performances heavily featured local talent.
Also performing ahead of the game included Lauren Daigle with “America the Beautiful,” Ledisi with “Lift Every Voice and Sing” and Harry Connick Jr with a New Orleans celebration.
