'Joker 2' Sets On Demand Release Date, New Report Reveals How Much Money the Movie Will Lose

will be able to recoup some money from its investment into the film. The report states that the movie studio spent about $200 million to produce the movie and about $100 million on marketing and distribution.
When factoring in the cut that movie theaters take, the film would need to gross $450 million at the box office to break even, though Warner Bros.
sources claim the break-even number is $375 million. Variety reports that Joker 2 is “poised to lose at least $150 million to $200 million in its theatrical run.” A Warner Bros.
