'It’s definitely not a typical Los Angeles residence at all, which makes it so special,' Carswell said.While it was not immediately clear if the property was the location of incidents mentioned in the trial, the agent added that the former couple 'spent a good amount of their time' in the 'very large bedroom with views looking east.
