Depp was snapped Monday in England, while Heard was seen last week in Virginia following the end of the trialThe property most recently was sold for in 2017 for $1.42 million, and has been listed as a rental for $5,500 monthly, the outlet reported, citing public records.The property is listed by Douglas Elliman agents Rick Tyberg and Ernie Carswell, who told the outlet that the listing was 'just coincidental timing' coming a week after the conclusion of the defamation trial between the one-time Hollywood pair. 'It’s definitely not a typical Los Angeles residence at all, which makes it so special,' Carswell said.While it was not immediately clear if the property was the location of incidents mentioned in the trial, the agent added that the former couple 'spent a good amount of their time' in the 'very large bedroom with views looking east.
