Craig Moore wants Rangers to go all-out in pursuit of John Souttar. But the former Ibrox favourite suspects he's bound for England.

The Hearts defender is a man in-demand as he enters the final six months of his contract amid interest from Blackburn Rovers.

Rangers boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst is also an admirer of the Scotland international and Moore has urged the club to make a move.
