John Cena & Will Forte's 'Coyote Vs Acme' Seemingly Saved, Will Get Theatrical Release

There’s a major new update on the live-action/CG-animated Coyote Vs Acme! If you recall, the movie was fully filmed and in the post-production phase ahead of a release, when Warner Bros Discovery decided to scrap the movie completely in November 2023.

Shortly after that news was announced, it was then revealed that WBD reversed course after immense online backlash and was going to search for a new home with a distributor or streaming service to take on the project. Keep reading to find out more… Now, THR reports that Ketchup Entertainment is in talks for a deal to acquire the movie for a theatrical release.

However, there is not a final deal at this time. This wouldn’t be the first Looney Tunes movie that Ketchup has picked up and released.

Just last week, they released The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie in theaters and has earned $5.5 million globally so far.
