mirror.co.ukDancing on Ice judge John Barrowman has revealed why he thinks Joe Swash won the show, amid "upset" from some viewers. He defended the "surprise" win, admitting no one expected Perri Kiely to be beaten in the live final on ITV.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain on Wednesday, John revealed he had predicted there could be a shock hours before the winner was announced.
Several viewers had hit out at the win, claiming Perri was robbed - as others were happy for Joe. John defended the surprise win though, while suggesting it was all down to the people who were watching.
He told hosts Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid: "It was a bit of a surprise for all of us. "I did say before the show started to my mates, 'I think there might be an upset tonight'."
