It’s not just the kids who are finding Joe Wick’s new YouTube Live workouts their new 9am ritual, as celebrity parents have shared they’re also joining in.

Today The Body Coach’s wildly successful PE with Joe session had nearly 1million punters logging in to get sweaty live, while millions more will watch it over the course of the day – if yesterday’s class is anything to go by.

Hundreds of cute photos and videos of kids emerged following the lesson (not least those of Coleen and Wayne Rooney’s brood doing the workout) that have given us as much of an uplift as if we’d actually done the workout ourselves (maybe tomorrow, ok Joe?) – with a selection landing in their very own Metro.co.uk story.
