Joe Wicks spoke to The Mirror about lockdown and his mental health, as well as the responsibility of keeping the nation fit and cheering everyone up during hard times.
The 35-year-old Body Coach said: "I wish that things were normal and kids were back at school, everyone was okay and everyone's mental health was feeling good.
