Stacey Solomon spotted a worrying detail as Joe Swash left fans in stitches with his attempts to welcome her home from Las Vegas.

Sharing a picture of her lounging in her first class seat on the plane, Stacey could be seen clutching onto her programme from the Adele concert that had been signed with a personal message from the lady herself.
