Specifically, the 28-year-old actress wants the judge to hammer out a full child custody agreement that both she and Joe can abide by going forward.
The estranged couple shares daughters Willa, 3, and Delphine, 20 months, and they’re trying to figure out a co-parenting plan they can set in stone for the long haul.
