There’s an update on Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas‘ divorce after Sophie filed a lawsuit against her estranged husband.

If you didn’t see, the 27-year-old Game of Thrones star sued the Jonas Brother over their daughters, Willa, 3, and their youngest daughter “D,” 1. Sophie wanted the children returned to England, where she claimed they had agreed to raise their daughters. Joe then responded to Sophie‘s lawsuit, calling it a “harsh legal position.” Keep reading to find out more… In the latest update, revealed on Monday (September 25), TMZ reports, “Joe and Sophie agreed to a temporary consent agreement and filed it with a federal judge.” Allegedly, they have both agreed to keep their children in New York City for now as they work out their divorce.
