Joe Budden has been charged with Lewdness after his neighbour accused him of being naked in the hallway.According to TMZ, the American podcaster and rapper was charged on December 4 in Edgewater, NJ.

The Edgewater Police Department shared a statement about the charges on December 30 after news about the incident surfaced online.The statement shared that the authorities were dispatched to the apartment complex around 7:21am after Budden’s neighbour claimed that he was standing naked in front of their apartment door.

The neighbour was alerted by his Ring camera of Budden’s presence at the door.The camera also caught the moment in which Budden allegedly attempted to gain entrance into the apartment via the keypad various times.
