Jodie Comer on getting to grips with motherhood for The End We Start From
ok.co.ukWhile many know her for playing assassin Villanelle in thriller series Killing Eve, Jodie Comer has done a 180 with her new role in drama film The End We Start From, which sees her as a new mother.
Since the actress doesn't have kids herself, she admits to OK! that it wasn't the easiest thing to get into character, and enlisted some help from friends who have recently given birth.
She explained: "I feel like giving birth, as an experience, you either know what it is or you don’t. So I guess that was my biggest thing.
I was lucky that two of my friends had babies right before I started this shoot, so I was able to ask one of my best friends all of the personal questions. "You know, the questions I couldn’t necessarily ask the mothers I was meeting, or the midwives.
