Jimmy Fallon has been named as a defendant in the case against Horatio Sanz for sexual assault.
According to Variety, the Tonight Show host, along with Lorne Michaels and Tracy Morgan were also named as defendants by the plantiff, a woman choosing to be anonymous as Jane Doe. Click inside to read more… According to the amendment in documents, the woman says that the trio enabled Horatio‘s misconduct.
The woman claims that Horatio sexually assaulted her multiple times while attending SNL after parties and that this led to a depression.
She said his actions included “kissing her, groping her breasts, groping her buttocks, and digitally penetrating her genitals forcibly and without [her] consent.” She filed the suit in August 2021, under a state law that opened a two-year “lookback window” allowing victims of child sex abuse to bring claims that otherwise would have been barred by the statute of limitations.
