Jim opened up about his reasoning to list his long-time home in a statement to The New York Post, and expressed, 'For three decades it’s been a sanctuary for me but I don’t spend a lot of time there now and I want someone else to enjoy it like I have.' He humorously added that he was ready for, 'Cha cha cha cha … Changes,' referencing to a hit David Bowie track titled: Changes.
