Jim Carrey has listed his 'sanctuary' Los Angeles mansion for a whopping total of $28.9 million, which has been his place of residence for nearly 30 years.

The 61-year-old Golden Globe winner initially purchased the lavish estate in 1994, but informed The New York Post in a statement published on Monday that he was ready for 'changes' in his life.

The Mask actor notably announced that he was planning on 'retiring' from acting last year in April following the release of Sonic The Hedgehog 2, and explained that he feels he has 'done enough.' Jim opened up about his reasoning to list his long-time home in a statement to The New York Post, and expressed, 'For three decades it’s been a sanctuary for me but I don’t spend a lot of time there now and I want someone else to enjoy it like I have.' He humorously added that he was ready for, 'Cha cha cha cha … Changes,' referencing to a hit David Bowie track titled: Changes.
