Jet2 customer left fuming after airline takes four years to reply to complaint

A woman was left fuming when Jet2 failed to respond to her complaint for four years. The passenger, named only as Megan, messaged the budget airline on Twitter back in 2017 after her and her friends discovered they weren’t allowed to sit together after checking into their flight, but she never received a response - until now.

Once she eventually got a reply years later, Megan posted a screenshot of the chat on Twitter which has now gone viral, the Daily Star reports.
