Jamie posted a beautiful black and white photo of the couple sharing a warm hug.The pair tied the knot in April last year with two ceremonies - one in London and another in Spain three weeks later.

However there are many things people don't know about you. For example; you're an amazing swimmer particularly breaststroke, you have the most incredible palate and can cook the most delicious food!
