Jet2 cancels flights and holidays until mid-April due to travel restrictions

Jet2 and Jet2holidays have has extended the suspension of all flights and holidays until April 14, 2021, due to ongoing uncertainty regarding travel restrictions during the pandemic.

The company said that it is automatically refunding those who are affected by the cancellations. The holiday giant had previously announced plans to suspend flights and holidays until late March, but this is now extended up to and including April 14.

The firm said it would update those due to travel after this date closer to the time. At the time of writing it is illegal for Brits to travel abroad for leisure, with a ban on international travel as part of national lockdowns in England, Scotland and Wales.
