In the video a New York apartment building cleaner who had worked in the same place for 20 years but lost her job due to Covid was surprised by the residents in the building who bought her the penthouse.
Jesy captioned the video, "being kind is the best thing you can be in my eyes". The singer has long campaigned against bullying and online trolling, even producing a Bafta and NTA winning documentary called Odd One Out about the issue.
