Jessica Alves has spoken of her joy after undergoing gender reassignment surgery. The 37-year-old says she feels "born again" after having the surgery in Bangkok.

The personality formerly known as Human Ken Doll due to spending more than £600,000 altering her looks, spent six hours on the operating table on February 17.

Jessica had spent a fortune "trying to become the man she thought she should be" before coming out as transgender. Now, she's spent £13,700 on the surgery which will allow her to finally be herself after being born in the wrong body.

And she can't wait until she's able to have sex for the first time as a woman. She told MailOnline: "It feels like I have been born again at the age of 37.
