Jessica Alba is officially ending her marriage. A month after it was first reported that she and husband Cash Warren had called it quits, the 43-year-old Fantastic Four actress filed for divorce on Friday (February 7) after 16 years of marriage. News. She is also asking for joint physical and legal custody of their three kids – daughters Honor, 16, and Haven, 13, along with son Hayes, 7. Cash also filed for divorce and his documents mirror Jessica‘s.
TMZ notes that the former couple, that married back in 2008, don’t have a prenup, while a sources told the outlet the split has been “extremely amicable.” It was first reported on January 8 that Jessica and Cash had separated and a week later, Jessica confirmed the split. “I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals,” Jessica shared in a statement. “We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family.” Some previous comments that Jessica made about her relationship with Cash have gone viral following the revelation about their breakup.
