Jesse Lingard was in the stands to support his new West Ham team-mates in their loss against Liverpool. The Manchester United midfielder completed a loan move to the London Stadium this week.
Minutes were hard to come by at Old Trafford and the 28-year-old sought a move away in order to rediscover his best form. Lingard has only played in cup competitions this year and will hope to reproduce the levels he first showed when Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over.
The midfielder may also have hopes of making a late surge into the England squad this summer. He arrived at the Hammers too late to be registered for their clash with the Reds.
